In this picture we can see three men in a full flight simulator cockpit in the middle of a training session.
Two pilots are occupying the captain’s and the first officer’s seats and the third person is sitting behind them in an instructor’s seat. He is surrounded by monitors, which he uses to upload various flight scenarios, or introduce system failures or specific weather conditions.
It looks like a cockpit of a modern airliner. It’s got a so-called glass cockpit where traditional gauges are replaced with large multifunctional displays. It is hard to define the exact type of the aircraft but since there is a side stick instead of a yoke, we can suppose that it might be an Airbus simulator.
At the moment, the pilots find themselves in a maneuvering area of some airport because outside the cockpit windows we can distinguish other aircraft moving around along the taxiways. The scenario of this simulator session implies a day flight in fairly good weather conditions.

ここでは先ほど説明したパイロットとシミュレータについて細かく説明していきます

操縦席に座るを表すのにoccupyを使います。もちろんsitでも構いません。現在進行形をを使います。
and the third person is sitting behind them in an instructor’s seat.
もう一人を表すのにthe third personを使っていますがここではother personでも構いません。
3人目について役割を説明します。

あとで機能を紹介するためにモニターに囲まれていることに触れます。コックピットは基本surrounded by monitorsなのでコックピットの写真では必ず使うことになりますので覚えておきましょう

which he uses～ならば1文、he uses this～なら2文になりますが、意味は同じです。which he uses～でもhe uses this～でも同じ感覚になるように心がけてください。そうすればwhich he uses～が自然と出てくるようになります。

シナリオは読み込むという意味でupload、天気や故障は作り出すという意味でintroduceと表します。
シミュレータについて
最終的にglass cockpitに持っていきます。

「いわゆる」を表すのにIt’s got a so-calledが使われていますが、使いこなすのは難しいので意味が若干変わってしまいますがbecause this is glass cockpitの方が分かりやすいかも知れません。

ここでwhereを持ってくるのはかなり難しいと思います。glass cockpitの説明なのでwhichを使用して、which has displays instead of mechanical gauges.と表現した方が分かりやすいです。

「～するのは難しい」を表現する場合によく使います。
but since there is a side stick instead of a yoke,
操縦桿のことをyokeと言います。
we can suppose that it might be an Airbus simulator.
supposeは「推測する」に対してassumeは「強く思う」の意味になります。この場合ならI think that it might be ～で十分だと思います。

distinguishは「識別する」という意味なのでここではfindで問題ありません。ここでのoutsideは前置詞でこれひとつで「～の外側に」という意味になります。outside of windowsなど名詞でも使うことがあるので違和感があるかも知れませんので使えるようにしておきましょう。
最後に天気
The scenario of this simulator session implies a day flight in fairly good weather conditions.
implyは「意味する、暗示する」という意味です。無理にimplyを使わなくてもそのままisで大丈夫です。
