This picture was taken inside the cabin of a passenger aircraft and it shows two flight attendants serving food to passengers.
The cabin crew that we see here are young ladies, they are wearing a corporate uniform – white shirts and checkered red and grey scarves. On top of the uniform they have blue aprons. The lady, who is standing closer to us, has fair hair, she is smiling and looks cute. She is holding a food tray in her hands and she is ready to hand it over to the gentleman who is sitting right next to her.
The second girl is dark-haired, she has no smile on her face and she looks very concentrated on what she is doing right now.
Between the two flight attendants, there is a food cart with snacks and beverages.
As for the airliner, it has six passenger seats in a row and only one aisle, so we can conclude that it is a narrow-body aircraft. Although there are many passengers in the cabin, the flight is far from being fully booked, as we can still notice seats which are not occupied.
Inflight meal is a nice feature that many airlines offer their passengers. The type of plane food depends on the company as well as the distance and class of travelling. Some companies such as low-cost companies might not offer food at all or may charge extra for this service.
Anyway, apart from other responsibilities, it is the job of the cabin crew to serve food and drinks to passengers during the cruise flight.

まず服装など2人の共通点について説明します。

ここに写っているを強調する場合、that we see hereを追加します。

写真や絵の中で「着ている」は現在進行形を使います。
「企業の制服」はcorporate uniformを使います。単純に制服 uniformだけでもかまいません。

キャビンクルーの服装はパイロットより複雑なのでアイテムを覚えておきましょう。

「エプロンを付けている」場合の表現方法を覚えておきましょう。
それぞれのキャビンクルーについて説明します。
一人目

場所を表す方法としてcloser to usを使っています。手前の表現として in the foregroundが定番ですが「自分により近い方 = 手前」としてcloser to usを使えるようになりましょう。
fair hairは日本語だとブロンド髪です。過去に be black hairedという表現がありましたが、もちろん she has fair haredでも可能です。

手に持っている場合はhold ～in one’s handsにします。hold自体は留めているという意味なので場所が必要になります。

「準備ができている」状態を表すのにbe ready to を使います。
「～に引き渡す」はhand it over toです。相手に「渡す」場合によく使います。

「すぐ隣」のすぐを強調する場合はright next to を使います。

対象が2つの場合、手前でない方は in the backside, the farther girlでも可能ですが、一つ目をfirstと説明していなくても2つ目はthe secondを使うことが多いです。

on her faceと場所を付け加えるとより英語らしい表現になります。
and she looks very concentrated on what she is doing right now.
concentratedは「集中している」という意味の形容詞です。

全体的な座席の配置について
As for the airliner,
「一方、～というと」にas for ～を使います。他にon the other handやmeanwhileなどがあります。
it has six passenger seats in a row and only one aisle, so we can conclude that it is a narrow-body aircraft.
１列に6座席を表現するにはsix seats in a rowを使います。通路はaisle。通路が1つの航空機をnarrow-body aricraftと言います。
concludeは「結論を下す」です。簡単にするならばwe can sayになります。

全体的な乗客の状況
Although there are many passengers in the cabin,
although自体は難しくないのですがいざ使うとなると意外に難しいので練習しておきましょう。
the flight is far from being fully booked,
「満席からはほど遠い」は far from being fully bookedと表現できます。the flight is not fullでも意味的には問題ありませんが、前者の方がより具体的に聞こえるのでなるべく使えるようにしましょう。
as we can still notice seats which are not occupied.
asは理由(because)として使います。意外に使うのは難しいです。as there are seats which are not occupiedでも可能です。
質問に対する対策
機内食にはどんな存在ですか？
機内食は航空会社が提供する目玉のひとつであることを触れます。

featureは「特徴 目玉」という意味です。
会社、距離、クラスによって違うことを説明します。

plane foodはin-flight mealと同じです。
as well as the distance and class of travelling.
as well asは「同様に」という接続詞と思って使うと使いやすいです。
LCC (budget airline)では機内食は提供されなかったり、追加料金が必要なことを説明します。

例を挙げるような場合にsuch asを使います。
mightはmayの過去形ですが時制の一致で過去形にしなければいけない場合以外、両方とも現在の推量の意味で使います。
